Paula brings over 17 years of Corporate experience in managing day to day people issues, performance, Employee Relations matters from the implementation of workplace agreements, facilitation and negotiation of Enterprise Agreements through to mediation and workplace investigation of internal disputes, as well as recruitment, facilitating and delivering employee training, termination, redundancy and ensuring both Employer and Employee are compliant with workplace health and safety obligations. Paula has experience across several industries – Health, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, photography, finance broking and Real Estate & Property. Her experience, knowledge and involvement in HR best practice and bench marking have proven invaluable to her growing Real estate client base across Queensland. Paula has qualifications at Masters level in business with a strategic HR concentration and TAE certification for developing and facilitating adult education. Paula is a MAHRI member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
