Behind the Real HR brand is Paula Forward, whom over 10 years ago after assisting a prominent Real Estate Brisbane franchisee owner to establish compliant HR systems and processes in their business to prepare for growth, continued to forge relationships with Franchisors and Franchisee’s promoting compliance and now partners with SMEs across all Real Estate Brands – Ray White, LJ Hooker, Harcourts, Place, Belle Property, McGrath Real Estate, Professionals, and many independents.
Paula brings over 17 years of Corporate experience in managing day to day people issues, performance, Employee Relations matters from the implementation of workplace agreements, facilitation and negotiation of Enterprise Agreements through to mediation and workplace investigation of internal disputes, as well as recruitment, facilitating and delivering employee training, termination, redundancy and ensuring both Employer and Employee are compliant with workplace health and safety obligations. Paula has experience across several industries – Health, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality, photography, finance broking and Real Estate & Property. Her experience, knowledge and involvement in HR best practice and bench marking have proven invaluable to her growing Real estate client base across Queensland. Paula has qualifications at Masters level in business with a strategic HR concentration and TAE certification for developing and facilitating adult education. Paula is a MAHRI member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
